Lisa brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the beauty and grooming industries, having worked as a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years and a professional dog groomer for 5. She was personally trained by a Master Sharpener, and her eye for precision and detail shows in every tool she restores.

Matt, her husband and business partner, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. He handles all packing, shipping, and logistics to make sure your equipment is returned quickly and safely.
